Silent Auction
Comité Noviembre's Silent Auction offers several unique items to bid on to raise money for the Comité Noviembre Scholarship Awards Program. All funds from this auction will go directly towards supporting all of our scholarships:

Comité Noviembre Scholarship for Volunteerism recognizes exceptional Puerto Rican youth making a difference in their community.

The Richie Perez Scholarship for Peace & Justice recognizes Puerto Rican youth for their commitment, activism, and achievements in human rights and social justice.

The Ernesto Malave Scholarship for the Arts recognizes Puerto Ricans pursuing a higher education majoring in the Arts.

The 2024 Santiago Carrasquillo Family Scholarship recognizes Puerto Rican youth pursuing a higher education majoring in Public Policy, Political Science, or Civic Engagement.

The 2024 Wallace Edgecombe Scholarship recognizes Hispanic youth advocating for and taking action to affect change in the Puerto Rican / Hispanic Community.

The 2024 Ana Beatriz Domenech Scholarship recognizes Puerto Rican youth pursuing a career in Nursing, Advanced Practice Nurse, (LPN), or Patient Care Technician, (PCT).

The 2024 Bello Family Scholarship recognizes Puerto Rican college youth for their commitment to Volunteer Community Service.

The 2024 Cruz Cordero Family Scholarship recognizes Puerto Rican youth pursuing a higher education majoring in Journalism or English.

The 2024 Dr. Evelina Antonetty Scholarship recognizes Puerto Rican youth majoring in Social Justice, Public Policy, Civic Engagement, or Human Rights Issues.

The 2024 Loh Collado Family Scholarship recognizes Puerto Rican youth majoring in Engineering, Pre-Med, or Computer Science.

The 2024 Nolda Vivó Scholarship recognizes Puerto Rican youth pursuing a career in Bilingual Education
If you are an event sponsor, a patron, or are donating, your contribution is tax-deductible, as allowed by law. Auction packages won above the fair market value (FMV) are tax-deductible in the amount of the difference. For federal income tax purposes, you may be able to deduct the portion of your purchase price that exceeds the item’s FMV if you paid the excess with the intent to make a charitable contribution. Please note that transaction fees and taxes associated with your contribution are not tax-deductible. (For any additional questions, please consult your tax advisor.) Acknowledgment letters and tax receipts will be mailed beginning the week following the Silent Auction. Please allow for up to two to three weeks for processing.
