PLEASE NOTE: Comité Noviembre is lifting the vaccination requirements for 2024. 

Currently, there are no restrictions in Puerto Rico nor with Delta Airlines on being fully vaccinated to enter the country or fly.  Comite Noviembre strongly recommends being fully vaccinated however, you do not need to be vaccinated to attend the trip.
