2011 marked the 25th anniversary of Comité Noviembre Puerto Rican Heritage Month. Through the years Comité Noviembre, CN, has kept its mission clear and uncompromised to promote, teach and create an awareness of the rich culture, language and heritage of the Puerto Rican community. CN celebrates the outstanding accomplishments of Puerto Ricans in all aspects of life and society from science, medicine and technology to music, dance and theatre.

On behalf of CN, I am proud to welcome you to our website which provides the history of CN its mission, programs and goals. It is our hope that this website will serve as an educational vehicle to all those searching for information on Puerto Rican history and culture especially educators and students and that you will learn about Puerto Rican pioneers and heroes.
